Very weird- called yesterday to confirm they have a tire size I needed, spoke to a lady that said there was few avaiable. I come next morning and he says they don’t have any. Somerthing isn’t right- no way they ran out that fast.

I’m speaking out as the daughter and lawyer of a woman who was treated with hostility and a total lack of professionalism at Brentwood Service Center in High Point, NC. She had previously taken her car in for a repair and paid in full. After getting the car back, the same issue she paid to have fixed was still happening just hours after leaving the shop. She called the shop, and they told her to bring the car back in so they could take a look. That’s exactly what she did. Instead of working with her to resolve the issue or standing behind the service she had already paid for, one of the employees yelled at her, cursed at her, and told her they weren’t doing anything for free. He refused to return her vehicle unless she paid more money. She was alone and not confrontational in any way. She simply expected fairness. The way the employee spoke to her was unprofessional, aggressive, and completely unnecessary. I am certain they were trying to intimidate her and take advantage of the fact that she was by herself. I’m leaving this review on behalf of my mother, who took her car to Brentwood Service today (July 15, 2025). Not only was the issue with her car not fixed, but she was still charged in full. When she explained she didn’t feel it was right to pay for a repair that wasn’t completed, the owner responded by cursing at her. To make matters worse, he refused to return her car unless she paid the full balance effectively holding her vehicle hostage. My sister had to send her the money just so she could get her car back. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and deeply disrespectful especially toward an older woman. There was no resolution, no courtesy, and absolutely no excuse for the verbal abuse she experienced. I’m giving one star because there’s no option for zero. I strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere.

Brentwood Service is a scam!!! My mom took her car to get a battery terminal put on and a thermostat. She goes to pick up her car and she immediately says her car sounds horrible. They tell her she needs a catalytic converter. I asked her did someone remove it? She says she thought they did. For one reason or another she pays for a diagnostic test and they tell her she needs spark plugs. She gets the spark plugs. We go to pick up the car and it still sounds horrible they say she has a leak in the exhaust and she needs to drive the car. I pop open the hood and im like nahhhh something isnt connected i hear air. I inspect the engine and I can see a valve that is pretty much releasing air. The car sounds like its going to cut off at this point putting. She tells the man to come see what isn't plugged up and he hooks the line on the valve. (No sorry, no nothing) she says i though you said something was wrong with my exhaust. He says well, it sounds fine now. If i wasnt there they would have swindled my mama out of some more money or had her drive it to mess something up.
